It’s no secret the power of perception and the role image and appearance play in creating one. This is often the insurmountable hurdle many cannot overcome when seeking employment. It’s one of the final steps in the transition from public assistance to self-sufficiency: new clothing and a more professional presentation.
A Miner Miracle – consistently at the forefront of addressing this issue – introduces our new program Finishing Touch. It’s essentially the final stage of preparation for interviewing.
Finishing Touch provides key resources to help clients succeed:
One new interview appropriate outfit
- Shoes and accessories
- Hair styling
- Makeup lesson and full line of cosmetics
- A Miner Miracle SHOP membership
- One on one interview counseling on image, perception,
presentation and interviewing skills
- Pamphlet on interview and workplace etiquette
After completing Finishing Touch, clients are armed with boosted confidence, new skills and tangible tools, paving the way for success.

A Miner Miracle Membership is a new program designed for the unemployed man and woman who have been caught in the economic downturn.
